We took their claim to canals and now we’ve taken their pizza too. Next stop, tilt the bt tower. For now, we bring you otto. We spend hours mixing up the dough, squeezing it, kneading it and leaving it to grow. Next we stretch it out into a reasonable circle (it ain’t easy being perfect), put the best stuff we can find on top and then blast it at 500 degrees for 90 seconds. Then it’s ready for you to stuff yourselves with the whole lot, ‘til there’s nothing left. Not even the crumbs.
